“Can We Talk?” is a support group for Black women, ages 55+ to explore life transitions in a supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment. The group is made up of 12-15 women who are invited to participate in the program by “each one, reach one” model, where graduating group members invite one woman, they think would benefit from the group. The facilitator leads conversations on topics that include, grief/loss, loneliness, selfcare, the power of no etc.
